Extreme Heat Survey
Is your work affected by hot summers and extreme heat? Help us understand how you interpret climate information!
Extreme heat events and hot summers are becoming more severe and frequent with climate change. Useful and usable climate information about our current day climate, and predictions for the future months and years, can help support society in preparedness and building resilience.
Under the Horizon Europe ASPECT project, the University of Leeds are conducting research testing how people interpret a short version of selected heat-related European prediction information. The survey should take only around 10 minutes to complete.
By completing this survey, you can help shape the provision of future climate information products and services. We value your input on the climate information you need to inform your decision-making for future extreme heat events. If you would be happy to take part, please go to this link.
We welcome responses from people working in any sector who might find information about future temperature change useful in decision-making, and especially welcome responses globally from emergency response and humanitarian organisations.
Please do share this with your networks – your help to further circulate this survey as far as possible and help ensure diverse views are represented is much appreciated.
