9th C3S General Assembly

ASPECT researchers are participating at the 9th Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S) General Assembly taking place in Budapest, Hungary and online from 3 to 5 June 2026.

This annual event brings together researchers, data providers and end users, offering an ideal opportunity to exchange knowledge, build new connections, and help define priority actions for the next generation of climate services. The agenda can be found here.

ASPECT researcher Suraje Dessai (University of Leeds) presents on the first day of the event on “Strengthening resilience to climate change in Europe
and the role of climate services”, as well as on 5 June on the “Future Directions of Climate Services”.
