EGU GA 26

European Geosciences Union (EGU) General Assembly 2026

This year’s edition of the European Geosciences Union (EGU) General Assembly 2026 takes place on 3 – 8 May 2026 in Vienna, Austria (hybrid). The conference brings together geoscientists from across the globe, and covers topics from the Earth, planetary, and space sciences disciplines. The conference provides a forum for scientists to present their work and discuss their ideas.

ASPECT researchers are participating in several sessions, presenting the project’s work to fellow scientists and experts in the geoscience field:

  • Poster: Understanding AMOC changes resulting from varying historical radiative forcings by Domenico Giaquinto et al. – Session CL0.5 / EGU26-17467, Tuesday 5 May 8:30-12:30, Hall X5, X5.177
  • Poster: Bridging Ensemble Robustness and Process Realism: Event-Based Convection-Permitting Modeling of Extreme Events in Emilia-Romagna, Italy by Yi-Chi Wang – Session CL3.1.2 / EGU26-19645, Tuesday 5 May 2026 14:00-18:00 Hall X5, X5.180
